Assembly paste for stainless steel cutting ring fittings

Information: For the error free assembly of ES cutting ring fittings, it is very important to grease the cutting ring as well as the thread of the union nut. PASTE ES would be most suited for this application. PASTE ES is a white paste on the basis of synthetic lubricant. It contains high pressure and high temperature resistant ceramic components through which even under extreme operating conditions, metal parts under pressure (e.g. threads) can easily be separated again.
Advantages: •prevents corrosion and seizing, •is resistant to acids, alkalis, chemicals, fresh- and seawater at temperatures of -20°C to +1,400°C, •seals threads, flanges and housing, •saves costs by slightly loosening connected parts (even after years), little time effort and low breakage
Tip: For food industry applications, we recommend Loctite product 8014
Warning: not to be used for oxygen!
